Black Masterbatch

Since its establishment, our Black Masterbatch product group has achieved significant export success following its domestic accomplishments, becoming one of the leading producers in the region. The production of this product group is carried out in our new facility "2" with a capacity of 30,000 Tons/Year.

The quality level of Black Masterbatches is determined by the Carbon Black content and the production process. Black Masterbatches must have a uniform dispersion and adequate concentration. Additionally, they should meet requirements in terms of black intensity, gloss, and coverage.

Black Masterbatches are used in applications such as Film Packaging, Pipes, Automotive, Compounds, Sheets, Injection Molding, and Cables. However, a single Black Masterbatch may not yield the same results in every process. Therefore, it is essential to use the recommended products.

For Black Masterbatches used in Film & Packaging applications, it is important to ensure the desired blackness and coverage on the product. During application, no "particle" issues should occur on the film surface.

For product groups such as clean water network pipes, corrugated pipes, drip, and sprinkler irrigation pipes, in addition to the economical products we offer to the market, we also have specially designed products for these applications, referred to as P-Type. These special products ensure extra UV resistance and perfect dispersion.

If a darker and glossier result than a normal black tone cannot be achieved despite increasing the usage ratio, Black Masterbatches designed for such cases should be used. These demands are often seen in applications where aesthetics are important, such as automotive, electronics, and cosmetics.
